Our History

Young students of Technical Architecture, Juan Diego de Haro and Almudena Gómez, meet at the School of Technical Architecture of Granada. School of Technical Architecture in Granada back in the year 2000.

Juan Diego acquired his passion for the art of construction from his father, who was in charge of a building materials factory, and from his grandfather, an expert bricklayer with whom he spent many hours of his childhood playing at being a bricklayer’s apprentice. He took the construction trade to the next level when he entered university to study Technical Architecture, where he achieved the best academic record in his class.

It was there that she met her future partner, Almudena, who has been passionate about the world of architecture and construction since she was a child, as she was born into a family of real estate investors. This led her to be in contact with architecture and construction professionals, which will lead her to always seek perfection, focusing on every detail of the different phases of a construction project.

Beginnings

After successfully completing their final year project, fate brought them to work in Marbella, the focal point of the construction sector in 2003.

Their professional trajectory has led them to work in different construction companies in the private residential sector.

Juan Diego in national construction companies, where he will develop his career as Quantity Surveyor and construction manager of important real estate developments in the area.

Almudena, on the other hand, has been working for more than 10 years in one of the most recognized construction companies in the area. A family business where she has the enormous luck to work with the most prestigious decorators and companies in the luxury sector in Marbella.

This experience has since made him see the importance of detail, a detail taken to excellence in each of the projects.

In 2013 they decided to create the company G2 Arquitectura. At the beginning and due to the crisis in the sector, growth options are scarce, so they focus on the realization of energy certificates that just that year was implemented by law mandatory for all homes for sale.

Thanks to a focused marketing strategy, they managed to produce more than 3,000 energy certificates in the Marbella area, which led them to meet more than 100 real estate agencies, lawyers and property managers.

It was a year later when, thanks to the contacts made, they began to offer themselves as a company of integral reforms to their contacts.

This is when G2 Constructionwas born, a construction company, focused on customized turnkey integral reforms that offers a premium service to its clients.

Our method consists of listening and understanding our client’s needs and desires in order to make them come true.

For this purpose, we design the architectural plans, study the interior design including the choice of materials according to the client’s wishes, carry out the 3D renderings, materialize the execution of the works and even finish with the decoration.
