With its 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms distributed over three floors, this property was a perfect opportunity to merge traditional charm with modern elegance.

Our team was faced with the exciting challenge of a complete upgrade, fulfilling the owner’s desire to move from an Andalusian architectural style, characterized by its iconic sloping tile roof, to a captivating and sophisticated modern minimalist style. The transformation was profound and encompassed every corner of the villa.

On the main floor, we redesigned and refurbished the kitchen, integrating it harmoniously with the spacious living room. This new design allowed for a perfect flow between the spaces, creating a cozy and functional environment, ideal for the contemporary lifestyle.

On the bedroom floor, we carried out a complete remodeling of all the bathrooms, raising the level of luxury and comfort. In addition, we carried out a complete refurbishment of the closets and doors, adding a touch of modernity to each room.

By exploring the basement, we took advantage of the space to create versatile and functional environments. We transformed the bedrooms into contemporary spaces, and in addition, we created an elegant office and a luxurious cinema room, designed to meet the entertainment and work needs of the owners.

How we achieve this

We left no detail unattended on the exterior of the villa. We updated the pool, garden and parking area, giving the property a fresh and modern visual appeal.
